Best gym in Thurston county for a reason! Constantly upgrading the machines, the place is always clean, they have affordable child care, a smoothie bar which is affordable and tasty. Open 24 hours, bathrooms always clean, I have no notes, this place is #1!

Went to this gym consistently for several years and might be my favorite gym out there. This place in constantly upgrading its equipment and bettering the gyms atmosphere. The staff was also super nice and my kid loved their playground area for them. Great experience!

The trainers are professional, attentive, and motivating—always willing to help you improve. Plus, the opening hours are very convenient, making it easy to work out even on busy days. Great gym, solid mix of free weights, nautilus and hammer strength. Great power lifting area and places for the more basic weightlifter. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and plenty of cardio machines to go around.
